Not really much to report today! We spent a really relaxing day in and around the VERY small town of Palù di Giovo. this was needed as basically we have spent 5 days in the car!!

 

I went for my first ride today which was really tough. The town of Palù is at about 650 meters, and everything else is well below that!! Everywhere I went, it was up hill to come home.

 

Also, tomorrow I am doing Monte Bondone with some of the locals - so I don’t want to cook myself today...
